FACTORY REBUILT 1974 - #7 PLANER, SN-74309-B - 15HP, DMD, HEAD MOTOR- SHAVINGS HOOD FOR BLOWER SYSTEM, 8" STACK KNIFE GRINDING AND JOINTING ATTACHMENT
Machine was completely disassembled and all vertical ways and table top were machined. New elevating screws, thrust bearings, gearing, handwheel bracket and shafting were replaced. New pressure bar, steel top bar, screws, knobs and springs were replaced. The chipbreaker toes were re-machined and new back plates and screws were added. All feed roller were re-ground and new bearings, lower bearing blocks and upper roll springs were replaced. A new sectional infeed roll was added. New M-2 HSS knives, outboard bearing block and bearings were replaced in the cutter head. New Speed Selector VS pulleys and belt were added. New shaving hood and top sash chip deflectors were added. New stock guides, new electrical enclosure, feed motor overload block and push button station were added. The knife grinder was rebuilt with new quill and jointing bars, 1/2 HP motor and elevation screw and knob, new index assembly. Two manuals are included.
This planer was painted and placarded to current industry standards. It is on a wood skid and is currently wired for 230/60/3 operation. Includes one year new machine warranty. FOB Northfield, MN 55057

New ladder roller bearing s and bearing strips, new ram return assembly, new 16" blade guard, new wood table assembly, new bearings in arbor motor, new dust guard on ram, new scales and pointers, new start stop station, new power cord, new arbor wrench, lock pin and new stops. 2 manuals are included.
